The responsibilities of a COR and a CNC
Every Customer Organisation must have at least
- one Customer Organisation Representative (COR)
- two Customer Nominated Contacts (CNC).
The COR responsibilities are to
- liaise with HMRC to add their Customer Organisation to SW
- nominate two Customer Nominated Contacts (CNC) for their Organisation.
The CNC responsibilities are to
- request the addition of a member of their Customer Organisation to a Room
- request a change of role for a member of their Customer Organisation within a Room
- remove a member of their Customer Organisation from a Room
- remove a member from their Customer Organisation.
This learning will demonstrate how a COR and CNC meet these responsibilities.
