Members
All Members within the SW service are assigned a role.
However, certain nominated Members are given extra responsibilities. These are
- Business Authorising Officers (BAO)
- Customer Organisation Representatives (COR)
- Customer Nominated Contacts (CNC)
- SW Team.
You have been nominated either the COR and/or the CNC responsibility. As a COR you will liaise with HMRC to add your Customer Organisation to a Shared Workspace Room and nominate two CNCs for that Organisation.
As a CNC you will be responsible for Customer Member Management.
