Summary
So, to summarise:
To change notification settings
- select the notifications settings link from the Notifications email report
- select your settings, then OK
NOTE: It is important that members select appropriate notification settings. These settings can also be changed by navigating to the map pane, right clicking on the SW icon and selecting 'Notifications' from the pop up menu.
If you wish to request notifications of changes to individual items within a Room,
- navigate to the appropriate folder within the Room
- select the item(s) /folder(s) about which you wish to receive notifications
- select the notification button from the command bar
- select your settings, then OK.
Remember, just entering a Room will make you an active member. Notifications will therefore be issued every night until your settings are changed.
