Learning is vital to make sure that people know how to use Shared Workspace and get the best from the service. We strongly recommend that all members complete the appropriate learning before they start to use Shared Workspace.
There are two online learning packages:
This learning package is for all general members of the service and provides the relevant information they need to use the service.
This learning package is aimed at those people who have been appointed as the Customer Nominated Contact (CNC) or Customer Organisation Representative (COR). It should be completed in addition to the Customer Member Learning Package.
There is a feedback option within the learning packages which enables you to send us your comments.
This gives comprehensive guidance on over 200 topics covering policies, functionality and business processes.
Guidance is available on the activation and features of the Shared Workspace plug-in.
