My eRooms
Shared Workspace is designed to meet the specific needs of different customer groups. The layout of an eRoom for one customer may therefore look slightly different to the layout of an eRoom for another.
Certain customers may also have access to more than one eRoom. As a result, the My eRooms screen may list one or more eRooms depending on the needs of the customer.
However, the way in which you navigate around an eRoom remains standard.
