The learning is divided into 15 sections.
Initially, the layout, including the different buttons and icons, will be explained to highlight the navigation of the system.
Later, we will work through a fictitious customer record to demonstrate several functions you may use within the Shared Workspace.
The next section, Getting started, confirms the information you need to access the Shared Workspace.
