Accessing the service, availability and registration and enrolment
If you are experiencing problems gaining access to the service or if the service is not working as expected, please carry out these checks in the following order:
- Check the SW Internet site for any news items at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/shared-workspace/index.htm.
- Check the Online services Internet site at http://hmrc.gov.uk/online/index.htm.
- Contact the CNCs of the Room to check if the problem has already been reported.
If having exhausted all of the above options you are unable to resolve the problem
- contact the BAOs of he Room to check if the problem has already been reported.
If you are still unable to resolve the problem after carrying out the above checks
