Remember, all intercom messages are deleted when the window is closed.
If there are comments you feel need to be kept you can copy and paste them into a note within the Shared Workspace.

NOTE: An intercom message will stay active for 10 minutes regardless of who closes the window. The intercom message will be accessible to any member in the Room within 10 minutes of the comment being made, even after the window has been closed.
