If you don't have the plug-in facility, you can not create a file directly into a Room. Nor can you drag and drop. You must therefore create the file on your workstation, then
go to the folder where you want to add the file
select add file
on the Add File screen, select Browse
choose the file you want to add and select Open.
When you select OK, the file will be added to the folder.
