- Panes include the map, search and task panes.
- Control bar includes the navigation path and tool buttons, for example - unread, intercom, alert, help and member icons.
- Button bar includes create, search, members and organize buttons.
- Item box includes items (icons) such as Web Links, a database and the Recycle bin.
- Command bar includes the create, add file and mark read buttons, as well as command buttons to view items in different formats.
- Pop up menus appear by right-clicking in the item box or on an item.
- Optional Room controls include the announcement button.
