Navigating around a Room

Function of panes

Selecting one of the three pane buttons prompts the associated pane to appear. For example,

• the map pane displays a tree allowing access to all areas of the Room
• the search pane displays a quick search facility within the Room
• the tasks pane displays a list of all your open tasks from databases and project plans.

To hide the pane, select the X next to the pane buttons.

It is up to you whether you hide the pane from view or not.

Please select the X to hide the pane.
