It is your responsibility to
- Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information held within Shared Workspace. Ensure that you share information only with those individuals who have the appropriate authority and a business need.
- Ensure that you do not add any inappropriate material to Shared Workspace. This is explained in more detail in the SW Business Manual.
- Adhere to the HMRC Online Services Terms and Conditions.
- Complete the Customer Member Online Learning package and the Customer Nominated Learning package if appropriate before using Shared Workspace.
- Adhere to the guidance and policy within Shared Workspace Business Manual.
- Contact your Customer Nominated Contact (CNC) for advice if you think that information within Shared Workspace looks unusual or inappropriate.
