No plug-in
This learning generally assumes that you will have the plug-in.
However there may be occasions when the plug-in is not available. For example, if you have to access Shared Workspace from another workstation that has not had the plug-in software installed.
Where appropriate, therefore, this learning will give alternative procedures for those without the plug-in.
