Shared Workspace is a service that brings people and information together online. It offers a secure and flexible online service where businesses and HM Revenue & Customs can work and communicate quickly and easily.
Shared Workspace is very versatile and can be designed to meet the needs of customers who may deal with different parts of HMRC. This also includes the more complex and specialist work that we do.
Shared Workspace makes it possible to communicate and work online by sharing functions such as
- Calendars - organise meetings and store related information.
- Databases - collect and organise linked records.
- Discussions - hold multi-person conversations.
This learning will cover some of the ways you can use these functions.
