To re-issue Known Facts to a Customer Member who has not enrolled to access the Shared Workspace service
- select the add new member button on the Room's homepage
- enter the email address of the member in the search field
- if the member is found, check the checkbox alongside their name and select the re-issue known facts button
- confirm the re-issue and the postal address for receiving the Known Facts.
