A message is displayed because removing Wilma French from the Organisation will leave only one CNC in the Castleroy plc Room.
IMPORTANT: It is Shared Workspace policy that every Organisation must have at least two CNCs per room. Colin must either make a request to add a new CNC to the Room, or request to change an existing member's role to CNC once Wilma has been removed.
If a Room is left without a CNC the COR has to contact the BAO to appoint two new CNCs.
