Request to add members

The Request Sent screen appears confirming the request has been sent to the Room's BAOs for approval.

NOTE: When a new Customer Member enrols for the SW service, they will receive an email explaining the process for registering for Government Gateway and enrolling for the SW service. The Known Facts are sent to the CNC within seven days and the CNC is responsible for delivering them to the member.

If a member has not yet registered for Government Gateway they will also need to complete the Government Gateway registration process.
