CNC approval
When making a request to add an Organisation to a Room, the COR must nominate two people to be assigned the CNC role.
Colin Flood and Andrew Kennedy of Castleroy plc have been nominated by their COR to take on the important role of Customer Nominated Contact for the Business Contact Unit: Castleroy plc Room.
This has been approved by Martha Matthews, the Room's BAO, and the two CNCs have been added to the Room.
IMPORTANT: The CNC role is crucial to the effective operation of the SW service and there must be a minimum of two CNCs for each Room.
