If you’re trying to create, sign in or reset your user ID or password, check for known problems with Government Gateway.

Service issues
Due to scheduled maintenance, we are aware that customers may experience delays with CT600 online return responses until 13 June 2024.
If you experience a delay with your online return submission response you should keep polling for the HMRC business response. If no online submission response has been received via your software after 48 hours then please contact the online service helpdesk so we can investigate the issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
