The CfD Sustainable Industry Reward (SIR) process will be run as a competitive allocation for extra revenue support 6 months before the main CfD auction.

The draft allocation framework sets out how the SIR process will operate, including the minimum standard values.

This is a draft document. It’s subject to change and will continue to be revised ahead of the launch of the SIR scheme. New versions will be added to GOV.UK on a rolling basis. Industry will be notified via Renewables UK and Scottish Renewables, and via the CfD stakeholder bulletin.
